Welcome to the The Wolfpac

Below are all the resources and information needed other than your personalized macro plan that I will be texting over to you soon. This plan will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and push for more. It will challenge you to stop settling for mediocrity and start striving for your best self. I encourage you to reach out to me at any point for anything you need. Questions, concerns or help, that is why I am here. I will help guide you to be the best version of yourself. To make changes that will last a lifetime, you will have to make it a priority in your life. Ultimately as in all things, the buck stops with you!  You must put forth the effort, have the determination to push through and complete it.  

List of STeps for best results

1. Take your Before Pictures

Look at the picture, you will need to take a picture just like this. One  from each side, one from the front and one from the back. You do not have to have your shirt off but tight clothing certainly helps. You will send them to me and I will only share with your permission. This is one of the hardest things to do but also one of the best things you will do. 

2. Read and watch all the resources from The Life

When you get below, there will be a link for you to go through all the resources. I encourage you to do this for best results as we may teach, coach or help in different ways than you have previously been taught. I promise it will not be a waste of your time. 

3. Download the training guide

You do not have to use our training guide but its certainly a great place to start. It has 30 days of workouts with videos. Your goal is over the next 30 days to log 20 days of workouts. You can do it! I know you can and you will! 

4. Download the Macro Meal Guide

This will be a great tool for easy to make meal ideas and will help you understand how you can better turn some of your favorite meals into macro friendly master pieces. Eating well does not have to mean you miss out on flavor. You just have to plan better.

5. Plan out your week.

Plan out your week for not only nutrition but for workouts as well. What time is best for each day? Plan for worst case scenarios so when the best case happens its a walk in the park. Planning is a part of making it a priority and it must be a priority to be successful. 

6. Purge

What you resist, only persist. The best way to resist those sugary sweets, fatty chips and things that constantly haunt you is to purge the pantry and the fridge prior to going to the grocery store. This will help you prior to your grocery trip. So when you go, fill your cart with the outside of the grocery store you will be filling your fridge with greatness. 

7. Daily Form

Each morning you will get a text to fill out the daily form. The information used to complete, will be from the previous day. The daily form will walk you through a series of questions that will check in with you each day. This form will have a place to upload a picture of your workout and your food from the previous day. So be sure to snap a picture of your workout and your food each day. You will need 30 food pictures and 20 workout pictures at the end. This form will be the means to your totals at the end. It will all be logged into a spreadsheet and tallied at the end. So be sure to take the time each day to fill out the form. The whole point of this challenge is to make you and your health a priority! And that means completing this form each day! No waiting until the end of the week. So, to stay eligible for refund of $200 or applying to 5 months of continued nutrition coaching, your daily forms must uploaded each day.

Macro Meal Guide

The Macro Meal Guide from the Real Food from a Real Dude is below with 20 macro friendly meals. This will give you a good baseline of meals to reference. All can be cooked on the stove top or on a griddle for ease and speed. I will be helping you hit your macros as well if you are tracking. All up to you but its encouraged for best results.
