Life Step 2

Start Hitting Your Prescribed Calories

The next step is to start hitting your prescribed calories. Once you have learned to log all your consumption, it is time to dial it in and begin moving towards your goals. We want you to consume your calories within 50 calories above or below your target number. 


This will be the minimum goal each day in your journey to your goals. We always have the choice to hit our calories. No matter the circumstances or situation. During this step it is important to start logging your food in before you eat it to ensure that it stays under your total calories. Hitting your calories will ensure you are on target with your weight gain or weight loss results.
