The key element to every successful nutrition client is similar. Consistency. Consistency is developed by pounding the stone day in and day out. Our goal during this challenge is to pound the stone and develop the habits needed for success. This challenge will go beyond nutrition and place an emphasis on your whole life. From mental, physical, nutritional and emotional, we will challenge you. The challenge will last 63 days or 9 weeks. 9 weeks to develop the habits.
Read 1 Chapter from Pound the Stone by Joshua Medcalf sequel to Chop Wood Carry Water (1 point) *Will need to order ASAP. It is available on Amazon.
Sleep 6-8 Hours per night. You may count naps. (1 point)
Hit your macros within 5g of each macronutrient as prescribed by your coach. (1 point)
Workout for 20+ minutes . Almost any activity besides just stretching will count. Need to get your heart rate up. (1 point)
*No double ups are allowed. You may not workout twice in one day to make up for a missed day. You may not read two chapters to make up for a missed day. Must be 1 chapter per day for credit purposes. Granted this is on the honor system so only you will know.
You will upload a picture of your daily diary screenshot under the breakfast picture of your daily food log. The rest of these items you will click the check mark for the day. You may not earn double points for one day and no points for another. Each day is capped at 4 points.
